ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS
To place an order, please follow the steps below:
1. Search for your products at our website
2. Select the product model you want to order and send it to email thulashfactory@gmail.com. Include the following information:
- Product's name
- Description of the product (type, length, curvature, thickness...)
- The quantity you want to order
- Your delivery address
- Your phone number
Or you can also contact us directly via Hotline or Whatsapp 0907.05.44.96.
We have a support team to answer in your local language, including English, French, Portuguese, Spanish, Russian, Chinese,...
3. We will contact you to confirm the final request and confirm the type, detailed description and quantity.
We will email the order confirmation and attach the invoice
4. You need to check and confirm the invoice and then pay a deposit of 60% of the order value in advance.
5. We will start to produce the product as soon as we receive the deposit from you.
When the production is done, we will send you pictures and videos to check the quantity of the products before sending out.
Your order will be properly packaged before being sent to the carrier.
We accept minimum orders from 100 boxes.
